I told this to a friend with schizophrenia but he was in two minds about believing it.

Friend was stopped for doing 85 in a 60 mph limit recently.
“So what’s your excuse?”, asked the traffic cop

Draw the curtains and open all windows slightly in all rooms. This creates a draught through the house and keeps the air cool and circulating. Mind you, having cavity wall insulation pays off too!
