thinking that you buy the later rover 25 car complete and transfer the wiring and ecu with gearbox etc , what does anyone think of that ?

thank you for that , the difference from the two pictures is the cam cover that as a rounded edge looking at the front , looking at a 53 plate zs car to used to up grade of would I be better with a mgf engine and box . do you know what year the mems were used until or is there a no there way of iden...

does anyone know if a 1.8 zs engine with the later ford box with fit in a 1994 cabriolet . head gasket gone on mind and as it the early engine I think I'm going to up grade . !!!

yes I have considered this for in the future and changing crank , piston and liners but told it would after to be the bubble engine to fit these . did have a 420 gsi turbo years ago , chassis was no match for the engine. will stick to my alfa 159 for speed for the time being , but a bet you surprise...

well been enjoying driving my 214 cabby for a few months now and she just past her mot with no problems belting .

well got crankshaft sensor out with out taking gearbox off :clapping :clapping :clapping :clapping took inlet manifold off then i could see what i was drilling , 3mm drill bit and a self tapping screw and mole grips . drilled 3 hole in the outer plastic and screwed 3 self tapping screws in , then us...

well can you believe it just got back from weekend away and she started first time :clapping :clapping must have been the drive home in really bad rain on Thursday 155 miles more than she did all last year and now dried out !!!!!! a bit like me *laughs* , will after to give her a bit of tlc and see ...

thanks for you help . the alarm is standard there is plenty of fuel in it and cant see or smell any leakage from the fuel rail . will check inertia button and earth strap on slam panel tomorrow . still no spark at the plugs and no power to the distributor so will check coil tomorrow and no petrol on...
