Isn't your car a saloon? Don't end up with a "tailgate"!

Re: Hit by a foreign lorry!

Sorry to hear about your incident Stan - from what you say it suggest relatively minor damage. Hope you get sorted as it's a great car. Don't let Copart or similar organisation take it - you'll never see it back.

Re: 25 TDi Under tray

The main purpose of the undertrays is for sound deadening - thus the diesel has a full undertray, and the 1.8 petrols have a partial acoustic undertray that only covers the gap between the front bumper and the front of the engine/sump and gearbox. The 1.4 and 1.6 25/ZR were never fitted with an und...

Also check if there are any slight leaks on any of the joints in the exhaust system: under certain running conditions, these can interfere with the op...

Yes, before the first test I'd blasted it at 70 down the local A road. And I only ever use Shell V Power fuel.

Rover 214 Emissions

I have had real trouble getting my 214 SEi through the MOT due to emissions. It eventually passed this afternoon but only just. The car has 55,000 on the clock and is in good mechanical order with no faults. In December 2020 at 49,000 I had a full stainless steel exhaust fitted. Since then I have do...

Fuse question 214

What’s the difference between fuse YWB10027 and YWB10012?

They are both yellow and the diagrams on the fuses look identical.

Many thanks
