R200OC AGM 2021 Sunday 10th Oct

After having to miss last year, we are pleased to announce that this year's AGM will be held on Sunday 10th October at a new, but still central, location.
The AGM itself will take place in the Heath Suite at Becketts Farm ( https://www.beckettsfarm.co.uk/ ) , Wythall, Birmingham, B47 6AJ from 13:00, just off the M42, Junction 3.
As this is a busy area, not suitable for displaying our club cars we are meeting at the nearby Wythall Transport Museum ( Chapel Lane, Wythall, Worcs B47 6JA - https://www.wythall.org.uk/ ) from 10.30am. There is the opportunity for a guided tour of the museum after the AGM has finished at a small additional cost - more details to follow.
We will be transported to and from the museum to Beckets Farm on one of their many buses!
Attendance and voting is for Club Members only but you can join on the day.
The draft agenda is:-
1. Approval of previous AGM Minutes
2. Committee reports - Treasurer/Membership/Events/Chairman and website/social media
3. Election of Committee members
4. 2021/2 Plans
If you have additional topics or you are interested in any committee role please contact myself or a committee member to discuss - private messages being the preferred method.
Committee roles are:-
Chairman
Treasurer
Secretary
Events
Membership
In order to prepare the room (and get enough teas and coffees in) we need to have an idea of numbers, so who's coming along?
