number plate

Hi All,
i am new here but i am looking for the number plate C98 HUD.
I have done abit of research and have found that it is currently on a silver 1986 Rover 216 Vitesse EFI with 4 doors, Manual with a 1.6 Litre Petrol engine.
any help or leads would be greatly appreciated, i am not too sure if it will ever be found.

I would think it’s been scrapped. My old 216 vdp was scrapped in 98 and still shows up on the dvla

I’m not sure if it means anything but in the last 2 or 3 months it has been transferred from a Fordson tractor to thus Rover which is the only reason I believe it may still be alive and kicking. Just hopes someone here might own it or know of someone that might own it.

That car was last taxed in 1996 according to the DVLA so will be scrapped now and not currently on a vehicle.
