Rover 200 & 400 Owners Club - Rover 216 cabriolet. Dashboard clock and Interior light.

I am the owner of a Rover 216. Is there anybody able to help me with the following repairs.

1. The dashboard clock has power but there is no display on the screen
2. The interior light panel again has power but does not light up.

Does anybody know if these items are easily repairable or replacable.

For ease of identifcation I have attached photoes of the two items ie the Clock and Interior light.

When I bought my current 214 there was a similar problem with the clock. I dismantled it and found the unit with the screen was loose on the PCB - the soldered joints had broken. I resoldered them and it's been fine ever since.
