Brake lights stay on

I was doing my pre-MOT checks this morning and discovered that the brake lights are always on regardless of the pedal position(!).

Investigating the switch that is pushed by the pedal, there is clearly a missing piece - the pedal has a bracket with a small hole that is evidently meant to contain a piece of plastic or rubber to contact the switch - this is missing, but from the marks on the hole it looks like it is blue.

For now I've bodged it with a piece of foam and duck tape (and got the MOT pass :D ), but I was wondering if anyone has a photo of the piece I am missing, and even better if it is for sale anywhere?

Thanks - that isn't the part I need though, it's the piece that goes between the pedal and the brake light switch that is missing

As far as I know that is the part the rod is inside the switch ie one unit .
