the numbers 216 are 2 series 1.6 l engine
the 414 is 4 series 1.4 l engine

the 2 series line are hatchbacks
the 4 series are all boot saloon models

From memory, the 4xx seats are bolted top and bottom at the sides, whereas the 2xx (as you've found out) have a bracket at the bottom to allow the seats to fold.

Did the 4xx EVER have a split rear seat? I guess you could just use some BUTCH self tapping screws through the existing metalwork were the seats go?

I'm sure someone with a 4xx will tell you for sure or you can check it out youself, I'm sure, but doesn't the rear seat bolt in from the boot?

If so, you wouldn't see the screws...

You would basically need the seats from any other 400 - 414/416/418/420, not the tourer though.
