Off the top of my head I would guess that a scrap yard would be your best bet. Or you could try Rimmers, but I doubt they will stock such a slow moving item.
How long have you owned your car and how did you get to hear about the club?

I would say Ebay is the most likely place to find them. Im sure i have one in my garage but im not sure of side it is without checking.

just scrape all your paint off your sills and rub salt in, you get the same effect

It depends which near side one you have.
DFM10022 (with any 3 letter code after for the colour) was the offside one on the 216GTi
This is NLA. Replaced by:
DFM10026 (with any 3 letter code after for the colour)
AE Wilcox has 1 left in stock, colour finish LOQ - which is grey I think.
Bear in mind this partners DFM10027 on the other side - so you should check your other one has this part code. Otherwise, you might have a DFM10023 on the other side and I'm not sure if the 022/023 design of flare is different to the 026/027 design.
This is a complete kit, including the flare, cover and tie. Doesn't come with mounting hardware though.
Mounting hardware is:
DFY10006 (metal strip - 1 per flare)
DYC10074LOQ (clip - 4 per flare, to fit with the metal strip)
Summit Garage (Dudley) Ltd has 1 left of DFY10006
Rimmer still has stocks of the clips.
None of that lot is going to be cheap though.
