£20,000?! Blimey it's a heck of a sum! :scared
I know none of us save money when our pride & joy needs repair or improvement but I do hope R8 value will do better in the long term... :unsure

Having recorded the costs that I have spent on my restoration project so far I can see how easily you can spend £20k.
The most important thing is doing the job once and doing it properly and it looks like Jon’s done that - hats off to him. If my 400 ends up looking half as good as his I’ll be very happy :D

I spent £2k on my SEi in just a few months last year, so I agree, you can see how quickly and easily it mounts up. However Jon has a great car and has spent a great amount of time and effort and detail on this restoration and I take my hat off to him.
