400 HHR

Post by Hammond »

Looks like another HGF for my beloved blue 400 :sad

Sold my beautiful white 416GTi to fund the dream of owning the same car I had years ago, a nostalgia impulse buy. Now boy do I regret it. Boy to be able to turn back the clock. I think it may be going to the car park in the sky as I spent fortune on the engine last time and what with the current climate I'm not sure I can justify more outlay. :headbanging

I had the dream, I have the pictures and memories. I will be Roverless for the first time in years. :tumbleweed

I remember you selling the GTi and buying the 400 as a nostalgia purchase. I’ve had a few different Rovers over the years and always been drawn back to the R8. Appreciate its difficult for you, and it sounds like you’re having a tough time with the car.
If you do let it go, go back to a D-series R8, you’ll not regret it and you’ll get your enthusiasm back :)
