There is an obvious risk that mass gatherings such as this show will be cancelled or postponed in the very near future.

This was posted on the Practical Classics Facebook page over the weekend...

We are in the 'wait and see' phase but please check back here for updates.

We have just been notified that the show has been postponed for obvious reasons. The organisers are trying to arrange alternative dates with the NEC. They are saying that tickets that have already been purchased will be valid for the new date. This is all we know at this stage.

The organisers of the 'Resto Show' have advised all exhibiting clubs today that new dates have been secured with the NEC

The show is planned to take place on 7th & 8th August 2020 (obviously still subject to any COVID-19 restrictions that may be in place at the time)

Keep an eye on this thread or our social media platforms for any updates we are able to give you.

Edit: this is the same weekend at Roverfest

Edit again: hot off the press, Roverfest has been postponed to 6/7/8 August 2021

Unsurprisingly the organisers have now cancelled the rearranged date in August.

The Lancaster Insurance Classic Motor Show with Discovery (its full name!) at the NEC is still planned for November and we expect to have a club stand.
