And says he has all tools needed - Many thanks
I've bought the press for removing and fitting the radius arm bushes. I should be picking it up Friday. I'll bring it with me Saturday. It should make the job a lot easier and make us look reasonably professional. If the job gets done Friday instead, then so be it.

Have now picked up the press for the trailing arm bushes. If it will still be useful, I'l bring it with me tomorrow.

It would be best if you asked Simon.
If you don't have his number, let me know and I will put you in contact with each other :)

A productive and successful first day on the Charity car, body panels taken off, rocker cover gasket done, cambelt checked fully, steering fluid leak fixed. Bushes tomorrow.
As for other cars, door panels stripped from donor, saloon polished and headlining done(needs to be reinstalled), boot leak found, and first door panel replaced.
Plenty of visitors to the stand, questions answered and at least 2 membership forms handed out.

Here is too another successful day tomorrow 😎!!

I drove the Cabriolet away from the show this evening which is a testament to the work done on over the last 3 days - many thanks to Simon Boosey for leading this work, I know it wasn't easy, especially getting those bushes out :mouthshut

More photos to follow soon

For those who [might] follow 'Hubnut' on Utube, he has uploaded his usual show walk around video. We get two mentions, the biggest in Pt 2 at around 24 minutes into the film. Everybody seems to be running away from the camera though? :)

That'll be why the heater only worked on speeds 1 and 4. Now fixed
