8am, hopefully your joking :scared :o

We are aiming to get there about 4ish. What normally happens is we pop the tent up and go get some barby stuff for cooking on and food for eating. We can either get individually or buy for all and split the cost.

Yes bring which ever drink suits you best.

You can have a ride on the steam train whilst you are waiting!

From memory in previous years you haven't been allowed onto the camping field before about 4 or 5 pm.

D'oh, That is BL day not MG saloon day! My mind really is getting bad in my old age.

Lindsey, you have booked the reservations? I take it we pay for the pitch upon entrance of the camp site? :S

Turn up and say you are with the rover 200 and 400 lot at reception under lindseys reservation and they'll direct you to a quiet corner, hopfully at the front of the site at the far end of the field. I'll try and bring a big gazeebo to put in the centre of the tents so that we can shelter if the weather isn't kind to us. Bring a chair to sit on too!

If anyone has a big bbq then that might be an idea to bring, if the weather is really ruff then we can go to the local pub for a meal, but we can decide that on the day. We can get grub etc from the local supermarket if we decide to bbq.

I'm sure people won't need reminding but please behave as we won't be the only people on site (as the site is fully booked), and we'd like to be allowed back in future! By behave I mean no really loud music and drive sensibly as there are often kids about.

We have booked 9 pitches so if those who pitch up first leave space for us all to be roughly in a circle around the gazebo/bbq then we can all sit and drink and eat till the early hours as usual!

Yes you will need to pay the campsite owner individually.
