For sale AGAIN?

This car has had more owners than I’ve had hot dinners. Why is it such a hot potato?!

Perhaps it's suffering from sticking valves due to running on non detergent fuel? Mine was took a few thousand miles on BP/Shell/Esso fuel injection cleaner before the power came back, plus a sticky hydraulic tappet that was possibly cured with regular changes of synthetic oil.
