Jumping out of gear (in all gears)

Hi, the problem is on my rover 416 cab. Its jumping out of gear just after I've selected the gear. It happens on all the gears. I had thought it was my gear change at first, but its been going on some time now.

Any ideas?

Engine mount ok?
Any oil in the gearbox?
