I guess that makes sense. I am half tempted to go an a rant about "Whats the point of them doing that when they don't do much of anything else anyway" but that is a little to much typing for my liking :).

My mates gran bought him a set of honey comb plates for his birthday, 2 days later she passed away, 5 days later cops made him take them off the car...

It just passed MOT fine - I put this down to the plate being a standard size font
Should have really failed with a plate like that.

Admittedly it's a pet hate of mine to see misrepresented plates!
