Does anyone know of a detailed description of the power roof? The linkages on one side of mine have pretty much all come apart. I might be able to fix the problem without any description by comparing it with the other side, but an exploded diagram would help no end. Thanks.

Do you mean the electric sunroof?

Sir Enery is talking about the power cabby roof I believe. I will have a look later on.

As implied I meant the electric over hydraulic folding cabby roof.

Was a detailed description of the power roof (Cabrio) found?

The drivers side if mine is all over the place. The seal nearest the boot doesn't seem to be far enough out and so the rear window doesn't close properly. When I looked today the drivers side only had one of the 3 bolts in and that was loose! There seems to be quite a bit of adjustment on the main mounting plate as well as an adjustable tie rod either side but I am getting nowhere with trial and error *laughs*.

Sadly no official description or diagrams have come to light. By a series of kludges, copies (reversed) of the other side and some serious brute force and ignorance I've got the roof working. It's not pretty, but neither are the wet bits inside the average human!

Sorry guys this slipped my mind. I 'm busy with AGM business this week.

No probs, would be handy if there is something in the manuals covering hood adjustment as trial and error is only resulting in error at the moment

Sorry about the delay. Much to my surprise the Cabby Hood is covered in some detail and includes pages on both manual and power hood adjustment.

If you P.M me your postal addresses, then I will arrange to photocopy and post the relevant sheets.

Right I've photocopied 13 page's out of the manual and sent by second class post this afternoon.
