Have used Pagid discs on my cars for many years now.
No problems at all.
They also have a nice coating which helps to keep rust at bay (on non pad contact areas) and cheap from Eurocarparts when they have their usual on line discounts.

Pagid have an excellent reputation - one of my local garages has fitted them for years on every car they see, as they know they don't get returns or faults - just happy customers. Very good quality and at the right price. NEVER had any problems with Pagid parts - pads, discs, callipers... all good and they're what's on my car now.

Back to the same problem again!!! bad brake judder
new padgid discs helped for a while , have changed discs , pads shoes drums wheel cylinders wheels balanced tyres checked steel wheels on /off no difference at all !! really sick of this now
anyone got any new ideas ? .

I am assuming you've made sure the Calliper Sliders are sliding freely, because if they are sticking, even slightly this will pull the disc out of line & give a judder.

Have you checked to ensure the hub bearings have no free play?

Least you got discs taken me almost 2 weeks for the GTi none of my local suppliers have any listings for it was meant to get it on road Saturday

Is there any chance that the front calipers are sticking? The drag from pads rubbing on discs can cause discs to overheat.
Also - are the suspension bushes OK? Especially those that control fore-aft movement

Always look for simple things first, being the 2nd rule of fault finding!
Sitcking piston or rusty piston under the dust boot and ridges worn into the carrier pins, and or missing shims from behind the pads.

All bushes checked all nuts bolts checked for tightness / damage , shims have never been there . Where can I get them ? and will the damage to pads/ discs now be done?
