Stepper motor ? Throttle pot ? Non-existent (although thankfully a fellow member had a TPS which he let me have for buttons) - in fact the whole throttle body are now in silly money territory - 80 quid upwards

Better if stainless

The engine mounts tbh you may aswell buy vibratech ones?

£300 for 3
Although you can get away with 2 and use original cam mount so £220

They're labelled road/race. Are they so rigid that you regret fitting them (too much vibration)?? As some people seem to regret fitting the poly K series mounts sometimes...

Not a problem once you know that they are bushed with a standard size, and a direct replacement is available.

Forgotten where I got them now, but could dig through the chaos and come up with the source if it helps.

Coupe and Cabby rubber wire/loom grommet tubes are a must too.

Yes rewired mine yestaday and found it rusting under the rubber , another one to look out for if you didn't all ready know . Out with the paint again

One on my list for sure, I had an idea on how to fix my loom too, if it works i'll share.

This post reminded me to sort out my spares and box them up, as insurance:

Spare ECU, tested and working
Spare PAS Pump
Two new distributor caps
Two rotor arms
Drive belts for alternator and PAS pump
Engine Oil Filters x 2
Original clutch friction plate, still with some 50% unused friction lining (also as a reference for splines/dia when buying new)
Myriad of switches, relays, bulbs, bits of looms.
Dozens of original bolts, screws, and bits and bobs that have been replaced, but are still worth keeping in a jar.

I am thinking of laying up some ignition coils,

What else would you add to the survival box, ideas welcome

Spares Box

I would add a spare steering lock and ignition switch (I think it was discovered in another thread recently that earlier switches are not interchangeable with later ones), brake servo and fuel pump.
Amongst your spare relays, have you got a fuel pump relay? (The brown one).
