chamois vs m/fibre

hi all,i use a/g aquadry once ive cleaned my car,but does anyone use a micro fibre cloth too dry theres? or does anybody use a chamois and then a m/f cloth to really dry it?

i use just microfibre to get the excess water off, after that ill wait a bit for it to dry and then polish it.
I usually never just wash it without polishing it.

is it safe to just dry with a m/f cloth?was thinking off useing chammy and then a quick buff/going over with a m/f?

Autoglym drying cloth (similar to a shammy) is the best drying cloth I have ever used.
Wet it, squeeze it out dry, dry a couple of panels and repeat for rest of car.
