erm.....I knew that!

I had no idea, plainly, but will look at the more efficient ways next time.

And at the risk of diverting this topic, air box fitted a treat and has improved (reduced!) the noise, thanks.

Well I wouldn't, the R65 with the 1.4 K Series takes 2 Litres of of Total BV that has been superseded by Total Transmission Gear 8 SAE 75/80 which is in mine now.

The Honda PG1 uses engine oil and should br drained every 24,000 miles
The pg1 uses MTF94 in all the 1995 onwards Rover’s owned

I meant the box fitted withe the Honda D16.
