Whats the induction kit? & where can i get it from?

The induction kit is the cone with silver mesh wrapped around it and the tube its attatched to. The cone is right next to the battery.
I have a K&N induction kit on my 220 GTi. You can get so many different ones ranging in price and car performance. I went for K&N because of their claim to be the best for more BHP and their 1 million mile warranty. I think its 1 million miles anyway.
