Yes, we will be at BMC & Leyland Day at Gaydon. I am sure we will get some complimentary tickets, but we haven't yet received confirmation of what we will get.

I have been contacted recently by another member with the same problem. His mechanic suggested changing the carb for a webber carb. I am not sure how realistic that option is.

My insurance for both my 214s are with Footman James and are slightly cheaper than Mr Teddy Bear's but that may be because they are both kept in locked garages and on restricted mileage. I would expect insurance in Manchester, particularly for a cabrio would be more expensive. I would shop around. D...

As TB says, the front end structure of the R8 200 and 400 are the same but the anti-roll bar thickness varies depending on engine size (weight). The M and T series 2 litre engines are much heavier than the aluminium K series so require thicker anti roll bars.

It's equally disappointing that they have only used about 4 of the shots they took in any of the publicity, meaning that a significant proportion of the cars have not been featured and may as well not have attended.

As part of the booking in process, they give directions so i suggest you print them off before you leave home. I wouldn't rely on Sat Nav in this instance.
