Radiator Options for 1993 Rover 416 GSi Auto
So when I was servicing the Rover last weekend I noticed that all the fins have gone from the bottom third of the radiator. I had a look online but can only seem to find manual radiators for sale. As my car is an automatic it has the integrated transmission oil cooler. I could have the radiator re-c...

Re: 1993 Honda Concerto 1.5i
Quite a lot of progress as my friend came to help, for starters the bush press arrived: https://i.imgur.com/cWOi8Ig.jpg It's really heavy which made using it with the arm still on the car a bit of a pain, but it did the job. The drivers side pushed out with no problem, but the passenger side was mor...

Great work on that folding rear seat conversion. I had been wondering if it was possible since I bought the 416. Now I need to find a set of beige cloth folding rear seats.

Re: 1993 Honda Concerto 1.5i
So I got the passenger side caliper replaced and moved on th the back of the car. Ther rear brakes don't look to bad but I'll probably replace the shoes anyway as I want to give everything a strip down and clean. However I also noticed this: https://i.imgur.com/gG6QvmN.jpg I'm pretty sure the bush i...

Re: 1993 Honda Concerto 1.5i
I may be able to furnish you with some matching fabric as I've just pulled out the same interior from my 400 so I've got all the door cards and all the seats. The foams are fairly worn out so the seats aren't going to be much use but I could strip the fabric off them and then you can cut the best b...

Re: Rover 420 stopping when hot
I've just spent months trying to sort a fault on a Saab 900 that would run fine when cold but slowly developed a misfire then died when it got up to temperature. It turned out that the new rotor arm I had fitted was faulty so don't trust that just because you've fitted a new part that it's good. It ...

1993 Honda Concerto 1.5i
So this is a little rolling restoration of the Honda Concerto I bought on eBay a few weeks ago. On the drive home I noticed that the heater seemed to be stuck on hot, the brake pedal had a fair bit of travel and there was a horrible wobble if you went over 60mph. Luckily the wobble was just wheel ba...

Re: Alarm Question
So I've found the original alarm in the centre part of the dashboard, it's a Lucas 14VT unit. Can anyone please PM me the pinout/wiring colour code for the alarm if that information exists. The new alarm/immobiliser has a function to control the central locking, if anyone has done this before can yo...

Re: Alarm Question
Is there something visible on the interior light? Mine both just look like a plain interior light.
