CJL tuning in spalding is worth contacting as he does remaps on the L series and keeps quite a few spares .
My ZR had had a few mods done to it before I bought it CJL remapped it which gave it more power, better economy and no smoke

VvC coupe fan switch

Not done much car stuff lately been building a model railway
Today ran the coupe up but fan cut in almost as soon as it started, been told its probably the fan switch. Which coolant sensor is actually the fan one?

That's him! Great service, I needed a horn relay changing in the BCU so I got a fob aswell. He actually supplies replacement fobs , they are slightly different to the pektron fobs but it works well I didn't realise you can get the BCU out by moving the pipes , good tip cheers Do the later R8 coupes ...

I cant find the details at the moment but there is a chap on the south coast that does them mail order. Problem is you have to send the BCU too. If the car has aircon it means a degas to remove it. Luckily for me the previous owner of mine had moved the BCU to prevent water ingress and it was a five...

If you have the space why not keep the parts as if you are thinking of using the interior in it again you could also go back to some of external mods as it was all tastefully done and certainly not Barry boy. You could ring CJL tuning in Spalding a bit far from you but he may be able to do the job for you as he's a rover specialist
