Thanks for the tip, but I eventually had to get a guy out from rover with his computer to reprogram the fob. Owners beware, don't let your battery go flat on this car !!!!!!!!!!!

rover 220gsi immobiliser fault ?
I have just bought a rover that has been left standing and the battery is now flat. I have charged the battery but the key fob will no longer work, it is now not programmed to the immobiliser. I can get in the car but can't start it, ARGGH !!! Is there a master reset on this particular vehicle ? I w...
