We now have a venue for the North East & Yorkshire Area Group to meet.
The place is The Angel Hotel at Topcliffe near Thirsk. It's easy to find and is about 1/4 of a mile from the A19 junction in the middle of Topcliffe village. The place also has a large car park.

Meetings will be organised by Howard Williams and he will be emailing members in the North East/Yorks (if they have provided us with an email address when they joined).
He will hold the first meeting on Sunday 29th January and suggests that from 3pm to 5pm would be a good time as it lets the Sunday Lunchtime rush get out of the way. (The pub also does food).

Just meet up in the bar area there are plenty of seats.
If your coming via the A1 its Jnc 49 Dishforth follow the signs for A168 signposted Teesside. Once you've turned onto the A168 the jnc for Topcliffe is the 2nd Jnc. The pub is halfway along the village on the left.

If your coming from Teesside its the Jnc after you see Diner168 and Petrol station on your left.

Looking likely I'll be there too, all being well. Car will probably be Scruffy McScruffbag though, not sure I'll have time to wash it.

I'll be there but I'll be in my Volvo V50 as I haven't got the 416 ready for the year yet.

I'll be traveling in disguise to the meeting. The Cabriolet is off the road for winter so will be in my Subaru Forester.
