Do you mean repair panels for rotten rear arches? It will depend on how many doors your car has.
I don't think anywhere does R8 3dr repair panels anymore, but rear arch and full sill sections for the 4/5 door bodyshell are easy enought to adapt.

I used Midland Lamps & Panels for the parts when i welded mine the other year.
