Hello good morning, I have observed that when the car heats up to operating temperature, the power steering fluid moves as if it were circulating alone and when it accelerates the liquid flows faster.

It would have to move when you turn the steering wheel.
that is normal???

The power steering pump is powered directly from the engine, so yes, if the engine is running the ps fluid should be circulating.
