Years ago I used this group when I had a 214 16v sli, rather nice example it was also.

Now many years later I've found myself back in the fold again with this.

The wee car is in OK condition, pictures make it look cleaner than it is, but that suits me. I don't want a show car, just a top down fun car.

As you can see in the background I've several rover 75s and ZT's etc, they are my real passion, my favourite is my diesel manual white saloon.



But I've a few to choose from in various states of repair.

The early 1.4 K Series is a very under rated engine! I remember back in the day [1993], the Rover salesman claiming that the K Series was a better engine than the Honda!

I'd agree with him - apart from the badly designed inlet manifold gasket.

After the K got stretched to 1.6 and 1.8 they weren't a patch on the originals
