Could someone direct me to where I can find one of these for as cheap as poss please, might as well change mine soon, got the metal pipe at the bottom to change aswell cause its rusted away a fair bit.

I don't know what you're worried about! Plenty of life left in that :D

As for getting a replacement, I got mine from Camberley Auto Factors, but I needed it PDQ, even so it wasn't a bad price.

As said ... loads of life in that !!
Every car i've had so far 800's,400's and the 200's all wanted rads at some point ..
Were they just cheaply made ?

I've had to replace a couple of rads: one went like the OP's with the cooling fins having all but completely disappeared.

The other was a bit stranger - the 'crimping' that held the plastic 'side tanks' on to the core failed and resulted in a slow steady leak. The leak was just above the lower main coolant hose, so at first I thought it was the hose or even the hose-rad spigot.
