Brake issues

Post by Roversd3 »

Hi,
I have a rover 216s Sd3 it's been a while but it is now in the garage having it's MOT. I really want to get it out and about this year..

Problem is the brake master cylinder has failed and the garage won't refurbish it they are saying it needs a new cylinder. Part no is GMC330 OE rover number PMF392 (trw number)
FHM 1174

Has anyone got one I could buy or any idea if any other cylinders will bolt straight on.

Thanks in advance
Kevin

There is one on ebay but it is £138. And it is in Lithuania but the price does include postage.

If you succeed in getting a new one, do insist that the old one is returned to you so that it can be refurbished in the future :thumbup1

Have you searched for a Honda Civic one? Maybe they're the same
