Am I right in assuming that on a 91 Rover 416 with a 1600 Honda engine that the only piece of rubber hose is the hose that goes from the fuel filter to the injector block. As far as I can see visually and from the parts catalogues this is the only rubber part.
Am I correct?

Hello there's rubber pipe at the petrol tank end and on the return from fuel rail back to the tank in engine bay and rubber pipe in the tank on the pump also .
Re: Petrol pipe/hose line
Thanks for that.
It might be more obvious now I know where to look at in the manual.
Not sure what the life span is on these parts. The fuel tank was replaced 16 years ago but the rest of the fuel lines are 35 years old.
What I can see looks ok but I would like to get it all replaced and checked out.
Seen a couple of reports recently of classic cars catching fire and don’t want to be one of those.

Re: Petrol pipe/hose line
From what I have seen and stripped the only issue i've seen is on the pump wire connector in the tank , i've seen 3 off now were the rubber cover connectors for live and neg has melted gone very soft all three were low on fuel in the tanks strange but true and all honda also , the fuel pipe no issues at all ,and think it the older cars that suffer more not the R8 but thats one opinion
