Date: Sunday 1st August 2010
Location: Nene Park, Oundle Road, Peterborough, PE2 5UU

Entry Fee- £3.50

Brass plaque Fee - £2.50

Camping Fee - £5.00

This will be the 17th Annual BMC/BL Rally and Spares Day. The show includes a autojumble.

There will be pre-event camping and BBQ onsite the night before.

Camping will be available for Saturday night ONLY on the rally field with no limit on numbers but ALL camping MUST be pre booked and included with the entry form. AND PLEASE NOTE, CAMPERS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ONTO THE RALLY FIELD BEFORE 4PM.

Saturday Evening Hog Roast
The ever popular (and very welcome) hog roast will be available Saturday evening at a small charge as previous years. This price will include a can of soft drink and dessert.

I will be there-just booked a place on the nearby campsite. :wink3

Do we need to book directly or through the Club? (Not done this before.)

Hi John,
You can camp at the event. I will be camping at the show.
Just fill the booking form and send if off ( use the link for the application form )

We have a 7 metre motorhome though-I'm not sure we would be welcome on the show site... :blushing

John,

As long as you can get it in a standard field gate way then I don't see a problem. People bring their caravans, etc. Not to mention all the classic motorhomes.

Give Sara a ring to doublecheck if you are worried.

In the case of bad weather , is the club party in your motorhome then? :laughing2

A day not to be missed. I'll try to be there again - but hopefully not in a shabby Tourer... (so not in an R8 - sorry guys).
