when i have the passenger window fully closed it makes a rattling noise. when i get it down its all good and quiet. i got the door striped to look inside to check if there is something loose but all seems fine...

any one has my same problem any advice?

i have this prob with mine!think its because the window sits against a rubber seal rather than fitting into a metal groove that you get with tin top cars.just turn radio up!i sometimes drop window a couple of mm.does the trick.

Check the clips on the base of the window, securing it to the regulator.
They're known to fail - and rattle is an early sign.

As it happens my drivers door window does the same but only when it's raining and not every time, go figure
