Seat head restraints guides rear seat
Seat head restraints guides rear seat
I've just managed to break one of the guide inserts ( the square one) for the head rests on the rear seat on my 416 Tourer. It looks like there is a piece left in there that I need to get out to see if I can repair it all. How do these come out please ?

Re: Seat head restraints guides rear seat
they just twist and turn when coming out ( if un broken ) i have a spare one floating round pm me ur address and ill send you a new one.
to get ur broken one out id use super glue on the end of the broken part and put it back in the hole to see if it will bond again. let it dry then try to get it out that way . other than that all i can suggest is a pair of long nose pliers
