Now I have to warn you, my car may not be entirely to your tastes, however modifications aside it is a very tidy little 214.
Just done 54,000 miles in its 21 years of life.
It has 52,000 miles when I bought it about 3 months ago, sold my BMW 318TDS for it, it was just too shiny not to buy.
I bought it with AVO coilovers already fitted which are worth more than the car, so I hope they don't have to be replaced in the forseable future
Replaced the wiper stalk with an ebay one as it fell apart, cleaned out all the goo from the washer bottle as it might as well have been squirting mud on the window!
And I have just done a headgasket on it (the previous owner did one very shortly before I bought it and apparently didn't make an amazing job of it)
Now I admit I have come here for a little help as there are some gremlins living in my single point injection system causing strange running, massive overfueling on idle while not responding to the throttle, cutting out etc (always after waiting and therefore getting stuck at traffic lights!!!) After a few minutes of totally blocking a junction it will suddenly start working again :/ currently suspect I have a faulty SPI injector.
Any SPI gurus on here?
