I would like to get our application form in for this event by the end of the year, to give the organisers plenty of time to sort out a good pitch for us. The most important thing for them to know is how many cars we want to display!

We had over 50 R8s this year and next year we need to make enough room to welcome 'SD3' Rover 200s, plus the 'bubbles'.

The other request from the organisers is for us to provide a volunteer marshal or two to keep the traffic moving, preferably in the right direction. The best way to achieve this and to make sure that we all get to see some of the show as well, would be for a group of us to put ourselves forward and then do shifts of half an hour etc.
