Good Afternoon

Post by TomsTourer »

Good afternoon, hope your all having a great bank holiday.

I'm Tom and I'm new. I own a modified 400 Tourer.

It's a 416 Sli Manual with the Honda Engine. Modifications mostly carried out underneath to obtain the desired ride height and wheel pcd converted to take the Japanese split wheels.
I have fitted a wooden Nardi steering wheel to the interior along with a half leather trim.

Looking forward to making a few events with the club.

Welcome Tom! The car looks great, I really like what you’ve done with it.

If you’re free on Sunday 14th May, the club have a stand at the Great British Car Journey gathering.

Interestingly (or perhaps not) I have recently bought N156 UOK.

As you might imagine, it is not in the condition yours is but hopefully it'll be MOT'd and in use this summer.

Yours is a great (the best?) colour too

Awesome. What chassis is yours?

I was told recently that UOK cars were management cars or something along those lines but I don't know how true that is.

I am a big fan of Tahiti blue I must admit, however I do quite like the dark metallic grey, that may be my personal favourite.

yes a Tourer and a manual 416SLi (Honda).

Brakes are binding a little and it is tatty but will be welcomed by me, especially when MOT'd. Unfortunately its about seventh on the list to be dealt with!!!!
