Where is the timing mark....

..and which is number 1 on this engine please ? I need to take the head of and don't have a manual at the moment.

Number 1 is the plug lead on the furthest right, and the timing mark's, on the cam pulley it is marked top which need's to be at the top and there is a notch on the bottom pulley which need's to be lined up with a pointer on the cam cover but for an excellent guide which relate's to most of that apart from the twin cam head see Richard's guide http://www.rover200.org.uk/forums/viewt ... =19&t=3371
