steering wheel controls - standard cd player?

Was there a factory fit CD player that's compatible with the bubble dash and steering wheel controls?

Theres a stalk adapter i think its called you can buy on eBay for around £20 worked OK with my spare Kenwood setup but I swoped it all for an original system and CD changer. Thinking of puting it all in my tourer at some point in futers
if its NOT a rover forget it or regret it
