Not trying to create divisions etc but so many club stands end up looking like a complete mish-mash when members park random stuff with the cars that the club is supposed to be for.

I am taking a Metro to BL Day, but would not even consider parking it with the R8s.

If all non-R8s can gather at the far end of the R8 lineup, that would be ok.

And yes please, the more banners we have, the better.

We ought to be doing our best to promote the 25th birthday this year and start to get the recognition that our cars deserve

Theres always loads of room in our section. If you ask non r8s not to display with you it will put people off attending shows with the club and generally we need all the people we can get. Stick non r8s on the end but don't segregate them completely.

For what it's worth, I'm with Dave.

To me it looks better with all the same cars together - if we'd have marshalled the PoL entrance this year we'd have been able to get all the R8s in one place rather than separated over two or 3 areas of the ground.

I'd suggest we do what has been done in previous years depending on the plot we've been given. R8's line up from one end. Other MG-R's if you are bringing them line up from the other end. Anything non Austin/MGR should probably be parked elsewhere to keep the show looking tidy. (We should make exceptions for the Honda R8 )

Not sure if I'll be in an R8 but hope to be if I can put it back together in time!
