I like it, since the 220 is first up and there's a clunky Escort GTi in there that's slower than a GSi :slapme

I don't think you'd go for the duotone roof on the one in the video though, would you?

It's reminding me of something...

Haven't watched it all yet, but the 220 was a good start and the second one up (Peugeot 306 GTi-6) has always been held in high regard by me (never driven one, though :wink3 )

Did the Citroen BX GTi get in there somewhere? I saw one in the opening credits. I used to carshare with a guy who had a white BX GTi 16v: great fun until the day the cambelt gave way. 13 out of the 16 valves were bent in the process :scared

Always fancied an Aventime, its a selfish bloke car *laughs*, loads of space, pillerless doors, when all four
windows are down its like a cabby, massive boot etc.

Renault 19 16v was the cheap fast hatch of choice for the youngsters on a budget, as I remember.

None survived by the looks of it though... and it's not in the video.

Correct, it never had a GTi badge, It was just cheap and quick (enough) for the youngsters. I found one on car and classic, LHD, very heavily modded.
