Cabrio power hood problem

Post by RoverRiggott »

I tried to open the hood this morning and nothing. No solenoid clicking or noise at all. Completely dead. Any ideas?

Handbrake on? It needs to be

Then it's fuses

Have you checked the fluid level, but I think you'd still get the clicking...?

Also, if you have got the handbrake on, make sure that the warning lamp on the dash is working: if it isn't, you might have a fault with the switch on the handbrake or its wiring.
