I've started the in-use testing. First up is a frothy coffee. For the connoisseurs amongst you, I buy Illy coffee that I make as a latte - about 70% milk microwaved and frothed by hand in the cup, then add a double espresso made in a cafetière.

Everything seemed to work as expected and the coffee tasted great. I consider this a "PASS" for strong, non-alcoholic beverages.

In coming days, I shall be adding alcohol in the form of Baileys in increasing concentrations up to 50% by volume, to see if it copes as well under those test conditions.

Are you sure that is frothy coffee, it looks like mayonnaise from a blown head gasket!
