Even the original part number seems to just show a coil of brake pipe - I can't believe the dealerships made up their own replacements, but maybe!

If you're talking Rimmer Bros, yes they just sell Copper-Nickel pipe now - but it's not an original part. It's all they can offer to make up replacement pipes.

Can't help you on fitting sizes. You have to know what you're doing to make up those pipes so the fittings don't just leak everywhere. Had mine replaced locally by my garage guy. Not bad on price to be honest - he just added it on to the cylinder replacement job. Worth asking around rather than beating yourself up looking for an original part.

That's what we did at Ford on the Escorts ect the OE brake line were never available to buy. If you get stuck let me know I'm sure I still have the ones of mine as I converted to rear discs, only in Bedford and work close-ish to baldock so you could have them if needed
