Blue L reg 400

Seen a club car and want to know if the owner is a club member?

Blue L reg 400

I keeping seeing a very tidy light metallic blue 400 on an L plate between Durham and Sunderland, normally on the opposite side of the A690 than me which is why I haven't clocked the full reg. Anyone on here?
