Just get some that are in good condition - not warped or cracked, then key + plastic primer + bodyshop primer + colour matched acrylic spray.
I use the Hycote system for plastics - adhesion promoter (extremely thin) then 1 hour later plastic primer, then a high-build bodyshop primer. Leave it all to dry for 24 hours+, flatten and key at 800 grit, and spray with top coat and lacquer.
I've used pro aerosols in Milton Keynes - just send them a colour sample by post and they'll custom-fill aerosols for you - 2 large aerosols for under £30 (I choose acrylic with UV protection added). Halfords standard lacquer over the top.
Alternatively - buy some car wrapping vinyl in a long enough strip (difficult to find for the rear bumper strip) and stick that on and fold over onto the back. You won't get targa red, but you'll be able to find a colour that is very red - and sometimes you can find it in gloss, satin and matte finishes.
Someone in the club just used insulating tape - correct width and any length you need - run it down the strip and fold over onto the reverse, then refit.
