Hi guys,

Just a quick question, I have a 620ti engine wasted spark with 4 gap flywheel in a rover 25 gti, the ecu I have is a single plug I think it has been decoded but unsure, will I need to do anything to get the car running or should it be ok.

I need to get it running for an mot and then get it booked in to emerald for a ecu and rolling road session, and they have asked if I have a eu2 spec ecu or eu3 spec as I may need to adapt the loom for the ecu. Trouble is I don't know how to tell the difference between the ecu's.

Does anyone know or can I check by the ecu code?

Mems 3 ECU are all wedge shape , ie piece of cheese .
